George S Patton, Bhrigu Pankaj Prashar

A good plan violently executed now is better than a perfect plan executed next week.

General George S. Patton

Violently = Well. Implications: Take baby steps in whatever you start. But start. Now! Be cool to yourself and to others. If you “seek” perfection, a silly pursuit, you will tend to find faults, complain, justify and blame because perfection is unattainable. And trying to attain the unattainable is, well frustrating; mildly put. Start out in the right direction knowing what you know [much less than perfect] and doing your best with knowing “that” less. Course correct on the way. Perfection is in doing that bit that makes you reach the next level. To create by definition is to build something to create something. If you seek perfection then you do not have to create anything, build anything. Perfection is in starting out, and in the pursuit of the next level. §

Perhaps there is a more meaningful education to be had; in going through a Startup experience.

Perhaps there is a more meaningful experience and more learning in dealing with creative process at a Startup. The experience of “creating” something. Going through the process in itself builds character. Why? Surviving the emotional rollercoaster and en route partaking life lessons are more educating than going through the regular education machinery that churns out diplomas and factory built pegs suited for specific holes. Perhaps the two will one day merge to create a better education framework that harnesses the strengths of both. Perhaps the best of both will come together. Will the system, communities and “interests” opt-in to make this a reality? Perhaps aspirations, dreams and talent will one day churn in this medley. §
